Fresh Peach Pie

1 (3 oz) pkg. peach jello
2 cups boiling water
6 Tb. cornstarch
1 1/2 cups sugar

In a saucepan boil until clear.

Pour jello mixture over fresh sliced peaches in a graham cracker crust. Makes 2 pies.

Top with whipping cream or Cool Whip.
