2 1/2 cups cold milk
1 large pkg. sugar free Chocolate Instant Pudding
1 Oreo pie crust
1 tub Cool Whip
Mix pudding with milk. Mixture will be thick. Spread a small layer on bottom of pie crust. Add 3/4 tub of Cool Whip to pudding. Mix and pour on top of pudding layer in crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
